Accessibility Statement.
We want every visitor and client — including people with disabilities — to be able to read, navigate, and transact on this site. This page describes the standard we hold ourselves to, what we have done, where we still fall short, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

Our commitment
Gravenstone Enterprises (“Gravenstone”, “we”, “us”) treats accessibility as a matter of engineering quality, not an add-on. We design and build this site so that people using assistive technology — screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, and reduced-motion settings — can use it on equal terms.
This commitment covers the public marketing site, the Engagement Brief, the client signing portal, and invoice pages.
The standard we target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We also take seriously our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and comparable accessibility laws in other jurisdictions where our clients operate.
Measures we take
- Semantic structure. Pages use meaningful HTML landmarks, a logical heading order, and named navigation regions so assistive technology can move through them predictably.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful imagery carries text alternatives. Purely decorative visuals — including the 3D crystal artwork — are hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise.
- Contrast. The dark interface is designed against WCAG contrast targets for text and interactive elements.
- Keyboard operability. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus states.
- Accessible forms. Form fields carry programmatic labels, and validation errors are announced in text — not colour alone.
- Motion sensitivity. The site honours your operating-system “reduce motion” preference: animation and 3D motion are disabled or substantially reduced when it is set.
Known limitations
Documents uploaded by clients or exchanged in the course of an engagement — for example PDFs presented for review or signature — are not all authored by us, and we cannot guarantee that every such document is fully accessible. If a document we have made available to you is not accessible with your technology, contact us and we will provide its substance in an accessible form.
Third-party surfaces
Two parts of the experience are rendered by third parties: payment pages are hosted by Stripe, and our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The accessibility of those components is controlled by their providers. If either presents a barrier, contact us and we will arrange an alternative path — for example, taking a submission or settling an invoice through another channel.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us through the contact form on our home page. Let us know which page you were on and what went wrong. We will respond promptly, work to fix genuine defects, and in the meantime offer the information or transaction you were seeking through an alternative channel.
Changes
We review this statement as the site evolves. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
This statement is to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Engagement Disclaimer.
