Informational, not a contractual offer
The content of this website — including descriptions of services, engagement archetypes, process, industries served, capabilities, and any timelines, deliverables, or pricing models that may be referenced — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, commitment, representation, or warranty by Gravenstone Enterprises (“Gravenstone”).
Browsing the Site, corresponding with us, or submitting an inquiry does not create any contractual obligation on the part of Gravenstone and does not entitle you to any specific service, outcome, or relationship.
Engagement is governed solely by an executed MSA or SOW
Specific engagement terms — including scope of work, fees, deliverables, intellectual-property assignment, confidentiality, warranties, timelines, and any service-level commitments — are governed solely by a written Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and accompanying Statement of Work (“SOW”) duly executed by both Gravenstone and the engaging party.
In the event of any conflict between content published on this Site and the terms of an executed MSA or SOW, the executed agreement controls. Nothing on the Site amends, supplements, or supersedes an executed agreement.
No warranty of outcomes
Descriptions of methodology, deliverables, response times, and the “first thirty days” of engagement are illustrative of how Gravenstone typically operates. They are not guarantees of any specific result, timeline, performance level, or outcome. Engagement-specific commitments are made only in the executed MSA and SOW and are subject to the limitations of liability set out there.
References to industries served, technologies, and capabilities describe the general scope of work Gravenstone is prepared to undertake. They are not representations that any particular engagement will be accepted, that Gravenstone is qualified for any specific regulated activity, or that any specific certification has been obtained.
No professional relationship formed by inquiry
Submitting the contact form, sending an email, or otherwise corresponding with Gravenstone does not by itself create any attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership, or professional advisory relationship. Such relationships are formed only upon execution of an appropriate written agreement.
Information you provide in an inquiry should not include sensitive, privileged, or confidential material until and unless a confidentiality agreement has been executed.
Forward-looking statements
Statements describing planned services, methodology, or capabilities are forward-looking in nature. They reflect Gravenstone’s current intentions and are subject to change without notice. Actual offerings in any given engagement may vary based on circumstances at the time of contracting.
Third-party trademarks
Names of third-party platforms, cloud providers, frameworks, and tools mentioned on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention is descriptive and does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation or partnership with, those parties unless explicitly stated.
Relationship to other policies
This Disclaimer is to be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Together, they govern your use of the Site. Engagement-specific obligations are governed by the executed MSA and SOW.
