Cookie Notice.
Every cookie this site sets, why it exists, and how long it lives. The short version: a small number of strictly-necessary cookies, and nothing else.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you between requests — for example, to keep you signed in to a protected area. Related technologies (such as local storage) work similarly, and this notice covers them too.
Cookies we set
We set cookies only when a feature cannot work without them. Neither cookie below is set by merely browsing the site — each appears only when you use the protected area it belongs to:
portal_access— client portal session. Set after you unlock the client signing portal with your password, so you stay signed in while reviewing and signing documents. It is HttpOnly (inaccessible to scripts) and expires after two (2) hours.inv_access— invoice session. Set after you unlock an invoice with its password, so the invoice remains viewable while you pay it. It is HttpOnly and expires after one (1) hour.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Our forms — the contact form, the Engagement Brief, and the portal and invoice unlock screens — are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-abuse service that distinguishes people from bots. Turnstile may set its own cookies or use similar browser storage strictly for that purpose.
- Stripe. Invoice payment happens on a page hosted by Stripe on Stripe’s own domain. Any cookies used there are Stripe’s, governed by Stripe’s policies; this site does not read or control them.
What we do not use
We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no tracking or fingerprinting technologies, and no social-media pixels. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary for a feature you have chosen to use, the site does not show a cookie consent banner — there is nothing optional to consent to.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser’s settings at any time. If you block cookies entirely, the public site will work normally, but the client portal and invoice pages will not be able to keep you unlocked — you would need to re-enter the password on every request, and payment and signing flows may fail.
Changes
If we introduce a new cookie or change how an existing one works, we will update this notice before the change takes effect. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

How we handle the personal information collected alongside these cookies — form submissions, signing records, payment metadata — is described in our Privacy Policy. The two are designed to be read together.
